Hotel MoonMoon is a male-only accommodation facility. Accommodation is available exclusively to male guests. Female guests are not permitted to stay at the property. 

Yes. All guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in, along with accurate contact information, including a valid mobile number and email address.

For security, identification, and statutory record-keeping purposes, the Hotel may take and retain a photograph of each guest during check-in. 

Foreign guests must provide:

• Valid Passport

• Valid Visa / E-Visa, where applicable

• Required immigration/entry details

Foreign guests may also be required to complete applicable Form C / foreign guest registration requirements.

• Before 5:00 PM: 10% of the applicable room rate per hour, subject to a maximum of 6 hours

• After 5:00 PM: 100% of the applicable room rate

• Yes. Guests must contact Hotel management before their scheduled check-out time. Extensions are subject to room availability and applicable rates.

• Generally, guests may cancel without cancellation charges until 12:00 PM on the scheduled arrival date, subject to the applicable booking rate and/or third-party booking platform terms. 

• A cancellation after 12:00 PM on the scheduled arrival date may be treated as a late cancellation and may be charged 100% of the reservation amount.

• Once the stay has commenced, cancellation—including early departure—is generally treated as cancellation after check-in.

• The full reservation amount will be charged, and unused nights will ordinarily not be refundable.

• Failure to arrive without cancelling within the permitted cancellation period will be treated as a No-Show. The applicable reservation amount may be charged in full.
