Our Monthly Stay Plan includes a private room, daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, free on-site parking, and daily housekeeping services. The plan starts at Rs. 6,000.00 per month. Please note that all payments are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be issued for early departures or cancellations. For safety and security, visitors are not permitted on the premises, even in emergency situations.

Indian guests can use a Voter ID Card, Driving License, or Passport. Foreign guests must present a valid passport along with a visa or e-visa, and their immigration seal details will be recorded. - Local IDs are not accepted. - A valid mobile number and email address are mandatory for every guest. - Foreign guests must complete FORM C during check-in. - Married couples sharing a room must provide a valid marriage certificate or proof of relationship.

You can cancel your reservation without penalty until 12:00 PM on the day of arrival. Cancellations after 12:00 PM or after check-in will incur a charge for the full reservation price. No-shows will also be charged the full reservation price. Refunds for cancellations within the designated window may take 5-7 business days to process. Please note that convenience fees and GST on these fees are non-refundable.
