Welcome to Goalpara Premier PG, the ideal accommodation for boys seeking a and comfortable living environment. Our facility prioritizes the well-being of residents with strict policies in place, including a designated curfew and a noguest policy to maintain security. We encourage residents to keep their valuables secure, as management is not for any loss or damage. PG Accommodation Policies

Valuables

The management is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Residents must keep valuables secured and always remember to lock your door upon exiting the room.

Curfew & Late Arrivals

The general gate lock time is 10:00 PM daily. Please adhere to the curfew. If you anticipate arriving late, you must notify management ahead of time to ensure entry.

Guest Policy

This accommodation is strictly for registered residents; unregistered visitors are prohibited. Always seek permission for visitors; note that lady visitors are strictly not allowed. If guardians or others need to stay, book a room for them at our special discounted rate. Only these room-booking guests may have meals on the premises (extra charges apply).

Planning to be away for one consecutive days?

Please submit a form using one of the following:

Quiet Hours

To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise to a minimum. Windows and doors should be closed when using a phone or speaking with roommates. Loud music and speakers are not permitted.

Waste Disposal

To ensure daily cleaning, please use your dustbin and place it outside your door.

Rent & Payment

Rent is calculated on a 30-day cycle and must be paid in full before the start of each new cycle.

Minimum Stay

A minimum stay of 30 days is required to qualify for the 30-day plan.

Notice Period

Planning to vacate? You don't need to give us advance notice. Simply complete the Hotel MoonMoon cum PG - Permanent Leaving Form at this link: https://forms.gle/JXmQmc6suFUvLvWg6

Damages

Residents are responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss of property, including furniture, electronics, and kitchen items. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the resident.

30-Day Plan Payment Policy:

  • Payment is required in advance.

  • Refundable: Only before the check-in date/time. No refunds are given after check-in.

  • Unpaid Stay: If you check in without paying, you are still liable for the full 30-day plan payment before vacating.

Cleaning Services

Routine room cleaning is available upon request.

  • Note: Deep cleaning and laundry/linen services (bedsheets, towels, etc.) incur an extra charge.

Shared Resources

Shared resources (like beds, tables, chairs, linen, etc.) must not be removed or transferred to other rooms. Unauthorized removal will result in a fine.

Energy & Water Conservation

Switch off lights, fans, and geysers when not in use. Also, remember to close common bathroom doors after use.

Smoking, Drugs & Alcohol

The consumption of alcoholic beverages, smoking, and the use of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises. Any violation will result in immediate eviction.

Required Documents

The following documents must be submitted at the time of joining:

  • Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, or Voter Card)

  • Passport-size photograph

⛽ DG Usage Policy

All residents are only required to pay the cost of Diesel fuel consumed for the operation of the Diesel Generator (DG) set.
