Hotel MoonMoon does not accept bookings from unmarried couples. All couples checking into one room must present a valid marriage certificate or relationship document upon check-in as per the law. Failure to provide the required documentation may result in the cancellation of the booking.
Please note that booking two separate rooms as an unmarried couple is also not permitted.
Consumption of alcohol, smoking in public areas, and drug use are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property beyond normal wear and tear. Please maintain cleanliness and hygiene in your room.
To extend your stay at Hotel MoonMoon, simply make a new reservation. Please ensure all pending payments are cleared before requesting an extension.
Yes, you can add extra adults or children to your room. We provide extra pillows, blankets, and towels, but no extra beds or mattresses. The charge is Rs. 200.00 per adult and Rs. 100.00 per child.
Visitors are generally not permitted in guest rooms except in emergencies. Overnight stays for visitors are not allowed. All visitors must present a government-approved ID at the front desk before accessing guest floors or rooms.
Hotel MoonMoon offers both indoor and outdoor parking, with indoor parking subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is at your own risk, and the hotel is not responsible for any damages or theft.
Hotel MoonMoon's 30 days Stay Plan includes several policies to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents. Here are the key points: General Conduct & Security - Valuables: Keep all valuables securely locked. The management is not responsible for loss or damage. - Curfew & Late Arrivals: Adhere to the designated curfew. Notify management in advance for late arrivals. - Guest Policy: Only registered residents are allowed. Unauthorized guests will result in fines or eviction. - Absence Notification: Inform management if you plan to be away for more than one day. - Quiet Hours: From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum. - Waste Disposal: Separate wet and dry waste and dispose of them in designated bins. Financial & Tenancy Terms - Rent & Payment: Rent is calculated on a 30-day cycle and must be paid in full before the start of each cycle. - Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 30 days is required. - Notice Period: A 30-day advance notice is required for vacating. Rent will be charged for the full notice period. - Damages: Residents are responsible for any damage or loss of property. Costs will be charged to the resident. - Non-Refundable Payments: All payments, including rent and security deposits, are non-refundable. Amenities & Usage - Cleaning Services: Routine cleaning is provided upon request. Additional services may incur extra charges. - Shared Resources: Do not take shared items to individual rooms. Fines will be imposed for unauthorized use. - Energy & Water Conservation: Be mindful of energy and water consumption. Switch off lights, fans, and geysers when not in use. Prohibited Activities - Smoking, Drugs & Alcohol: Strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction. Documentation - Required Documents: Submit a government-issued photo ID and a passport-size photograph at the time of joining. Amendments to Policy - Policies are subject to change. Residents will be notified of any updates.

- The primary guest registering for the room must be at least 18 years old. - At the time of check-in, a photo of each guest will be taken by hotel staff. - All guests must provide a valid photo ID at check-in. Indian guests can use a Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card, Driving License, or Passport. Foreign guests must present a valid passport along with a visa or e-visa, and their immigration seal details will be recorded. - Local IDs are not accepted. - A valid mobile number and email address are mandatory for every guest. - Foreign guests must complete FORM C during check-in. - Married couples sharing a room must provide a valid marriage certificate or proof of relationship.
You can cancel your reservation without penalty until 12:00 PM on the day of arrival. Cancellations after 12:00 PM or after check-in will incur a charge for the full reservation price. No-shows will also be charged the full reservation price. Refunds for cancellations within the designated window may take 5-7 business days to process. Please note that convenience fees and GST on these fees are non-refundable.
