This document outlines the policies of Hotel Moon Moon to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all our guests.

General Policies

• Unmarried Couples: Hotel Moon Moon don’t accept bookings from unmarried couples. All couples checking into one room must present a valid marriage certificate or a relationship documents upon check-in as per the law. If you don't have a valid marriage certificate or relationship document we might cancel your booking.

• Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.

• Prohibited Activities: Consumption of alcohol, smoking in public areas, and drug use are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.

• Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property beyond normal wear and tear. Please maintain cleanliness and hygiene in your room.

Check-In/Check-Out

• Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM

• Early Check-In: Subject to availability, with charges of 10% of the room rate per hour (maximum 6 hours) or 100% of the room rate before 6 AM.

• Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

• Late Check-Out: Subject to availability, with charges of 10% of the room rate per hour (maximum 6 hours) or 100% of the room rate after 5 PM.

Extending Your Stay

• Extensions are not automatically available. A new reservation needs to be created.

• All pending payments must be cleared before extending your stay.

Extra Guests

• Additional adults or children may be accommodated, but extra beds or mattresses are not provided.

• Extra pillows, blankets, and towels will be provided.

Visitors

• Visitors are generally not allowed in guest rooms except for emergencies.

• Visitors cannot stay overnight.

• All visitors must present a government-approved ID at the front desk before accessing guest floors/rooms.

Parking

• We offer both indoor and outdoor parking (indoor subject to availability, first-come, first-served).

• Parking is at your own risk; the hotel is not responsible for any damages or theft.

Dormitory Policy (if applicable)

• This section outlines specific rules for dormitory guests, including occupancy limits, quiet hours, prohibited items, and guest responsibility for belongings and damages. Consumption of alcohol, smoking, and drug use are strictly prohibited.

Cancellation and Refund policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Window: Guests may cancel their reservations without penalty up to 12:00 PM on the day of arrival (local time).

• Late Cancellation Fee: If a guest cancels their reservation after 12:00 PM on the day of arrival, or if they check in to the room and then cancel, they will be charged the full price of the reservation.

• No-Show Fee: If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without notifying the property, they will be charged the full price of the reservation.

       Refund Policy: Cancellation Refunds: For cancellations within the designated window, guests will receive a full refund of the              reservation price.

• Non-Refundable Fees: Convenience fees and GST on convenience fees are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation reason.

• Refund Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.

Booking Conditions

• Guest Age:
  The primary guest registering for the room must be at least 18 years old.

• Photo Capture:

            At the time of check-in, a photo of each guest will be taken by hotel staff.

• Guest Identification:
  we require all guests to provide a valid photo ID at the time of check-in. Acceptable forms of identification for Indian guests include:

  • Voter ID Card

  • Driving License

  • Passport

• For foreign guests, a valid passport is mandatory. In addition to the passport, foreign guests must present a valid visa or e-visa. The immigration seal details will be recorded for foreign guests.

• Local IDs are not accepted.

• Contact Information:
  A valid mobile number and email address are mandatory for every guest.

• Foreign Guests:
  All foreign guests are required to complete FORM C during check-in.

• Married Couples:
  Married couples sharing a room must present a valid marriage certificate or documented proof of relationship.

• Online Payment Policy:
  We offer the convenience of online booking with secure payment processing.
  Please note that a convenience fee and Goods and Services Tax (GST) on the convenience charge will be applied to all online payments.
