Hotel Moon Moon has 14 spacious and comfortable guestrooms spread across 2 floors for accommodation. It has a backup generator within the property in case of power cuts. We offer a variety of amenities to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.

Hotel Policy

We don’t accept bookings from unmarried couples. All couples checking into one room must present a valid marriage certificate or a relationship documents upon check-in as per the law. If you don't have a valid marriage certificate or relationship document we might cancel your booking or you will need to book one more Rooms.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
Consumption of ALCOHOL is strictly prohibited.
Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to hotel assets. Guests shall keep the hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

Early Check-in or Hourly Early Check-in Policy

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to check-in early and enjoy a few extra hours at our hotel! Please keep in mind that early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. However, rest assured that our team will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Now, let's discuss the charges associated with early check-in. If you wish to check-in before the standard check-in time of 12PM, there will be a charge of 10% of the room rate for every hour. It's important to note that the maximum early check-in duration is 6 hours. Additionally, if you plan to check-in before 6AM, the charge will be 100% of the room rate.

Early Check-out Policy

We totally understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to check-out of your room earlier than expected. However, we kindly want to inform you that in such cases, a charge of 100% of the booking amount will be applied. Unfortunately, we won't be able to initiate any refunds for the remaining days. We just wanted to give you a heads up so you can plan accordingly.

Late Check-Out or Hourly Extension Policy

You can now extend your stay for a few more hours! However, please note that this is subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. But don't worry; we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Now, let's talk about the charges. If you want to or you extend your stay after 11 AM, you'll be charged 10% of the room rate for every hour. But please keep in mind that you can only extend your stay for a maximum of 6 hours. After 5 PM, you'll be charged 100% of the room charge.

We kindly remind our guests that check-out time is strictly enforced at our hotel. In the event that no extended booking has been made, and another guest has booked the room online, we will have to check you out and store your belongings at the front office. Booking Extension of Stay Policy

At Hotel Moon Moon, we want to ensure that your stay with us is as pleasant as possible. Please be advised that any extension of stay at the Hotel is not available. If you wish to extend your stay, you will need to create a new reservation, either online or offline. We kindly ask that any pending payment must be cleared before any extension of stay can be granted.

Extra Adult / Children Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to bring along an extra adult or children during your stay, and we are more than happy to accommodate them. However, please note that we do not provide an extra mattress or bed.

But worry not! We have got you covered with extra pillows, blankets, towels, and all the necessary amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay for everyone. Our goal is to make you feel at home, even with the additional guests.

Visitors Policy

Visitors are generally not allowed to meet guests in the guest rooms, except if there is an emergency. Visitors are not to be allowed to stay overnight. The Hotel front desk requires all visitors to present a government approved photo identity prior to accessing guest floors/rooms.

Parking Policy

At Hotel Moon Moon, we offer both interior and exterior parking for our guests. Please note that interior parking is subject to availability and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We want to remind our guests that all parking is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damages or theft.

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 23:59 on the day of arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel after 23:59 on the day of arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Refund Policy

It may take up to 5-7 business days for the credit to reflect in the customer account.

Booking Conditions

Please provide us with a valid Mobile Number and Email Address when booking your room.
The primary guest must be at least 18 years old.
We accept VOTER ID CARD, DRIVING LICENSE, and PASSPORT as valid identification proofs.
We do not accept bookings from unmarried couples, so please present a valid marriage certificate or relationship documents if you are checking in as a couple.
local IDs are not accepted as valid identification.
